The Success Formula sparks began to stir when I was travelling interstate on a monthly basis back in 2013, regularly meeting with a variety of salon and clinic owners. Later reflecting on these meetings, I realised that it was clear they all shared the same struggles – staff and training issues, wearing too many hats, and while most salons were doing well, there was NO time left for family or recreation.
The Success Formula flames really took alight in 2015 when a family tragedy struck, leading me to close my wellness clinic. Because of systems I had previously put in place, the income however continued to grow. With my 30+ years in the industry, combined with my teaching background, I realised I had the key all salon and clinic owners needed to know about.
To say I am proud of The Success Formula, is an understatement and I am excited to be sharing it with you.

Karen came into my life in 2013 when I was working in a salon in Adelaide. I was lucky enough to be the therapist assigned to look after Karen’s appointment that day.
